[2.1.14] Pentapod Eggs Can Be Picked Up During Rocket Launch

Pentapod eggs laying on the ground can be picked up while travelling to a space platform.

In the included save there are some pentapod eggs on the ground above the rocket silo (on my player dot).

When taking a rocket to a platform, the player is able to pickup these eggs.

I would expect that the player should not be able to pickup eggs while on the rocket for two reasons:
1. it defeats the point of the empty inventory requirement for launching into space (though who would want and inventory full of pentapod eggs).
2. as in my case, accidentally picking up the eggs can lead to them hatching while you are on a space platform that isn't setup to handle pentapods.
