With 2.1 came the ability to read research specific conditions from lab buildings. I believe that this feature is missing one crucial intricacy - the ability to read the completion percentage of research. Similar to the number of bots in a network, or the research level in the labs, the player could decide on a symbol to represent the research progress.Why?
My reason for requesting this feature was so that I could build a display with lamps that would fill up over the course of a research (just because I thought it would be neat) i was utterly dismayed when I found out that it wouldn't be practical to do.A more practical application of this technology would be the ability to scale production of Agricultural science in anticipation of demand, if the next research to be done is one requiring the pack, which would allow for fresher science packs to be delivered, and could reduce the spoilage created by not doing agricultural research for prolonged periods of time.
