[2.1.9 and 2.0.77] Really bad visual stuttering on the Steam version with my Gleba base

When running my game and viewing the Gleba base, I get FPS drops from very stable 60/60 to 35/60. This seems to be a purely visual issue.
The issue does not occur on the Standalone Version of the Game. The issue also happens in 2.0.76 where I compared to the standalone and had no Issues there only on the Steam version.

The Flip Section seems to be the issue, i have no idea what is different between Standalone and Steam, for Standalone to work fine.

I am using Nixos unstable with Niri as window manager.

I also experience terrible FPS in Gleba, but only after playing for a while. The FPS first drop only when zoomed out. The longer I play, the worse the FPS drop, that then also happens at any zoom stage.
