How can one obtain Proofreader status?

I have been participating in the Korean translation of Factorio for over two years, working on correcting typos and contributing translations. During this time, I found that there are some Korean translations in FactorioTeam that were directly entered and approved by the team, and especially in the early stages, these translations contained numerous errors. To address this issue, many people have been submitting reports and proposing corrections through voting for over five years, yet not a single change has been applied. Because of this, I had given up on fixing translations that were already approved by the team.

But there will be a final major patch, and although minor bug fixes and translation adjustments are expected to continue afterward, I would still like to correct the translations to proper ones before that patch is released. To do so, I would need Proofreader status, and I would like to know how one can obtain it. I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, but if not, I would appreciate it if you could let me know the appropriate place to make such a request.
