Let us use the landing pad unloading pay on platforms

The landing pad unloading bay is a great solution to the huge bottleneck that develops around cargo landing pads. A similar bottleneck appears on platforms around the platform hub, especially since we can't use chests. It would make perfect sense to also let us use the unloading bay on platforms to load and unload from the hub.

This would be simple item teleportation as you can insert into the hub and extract from the unloading bays. It was conscious decision to not allow the unloading bay on platforms and it will not be changing.

Is it teleportation? The unloading bay has to be attached via cargo bays to the platform hub, which is a nontrivial arrangement of infrastructure. If all you want to do is transport goods from one place to another, it's almost always easier to build belts.
