[2.1.14] Nuclear ground does not show up in Factoriopedia unless "Show unresearched" is checked

What did you do?
I opened Factoriopedia and looked for 'Nuclear ground (Tile)'.

What happened?
I could not find nuclear ground in Factoriopedia unless I checked 'Show unresearched'. This is despite having every technology researched.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Either nuclear ground always appears in Factoriopedia, or it is unlocked by technologies that can create nuclear ground, such as 'Nuclear power' or 'Atomic bomb'.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always.

More details
The screenshot shows that despite having the means to produce nuclear ground (it occupies the whole screen), it does not show up in Factoriopedia because I don't have 'Show unresearched' checked. It should show up to the left of the bottom two entries.
