No, unfortunately I don't, as I am still not too familar with the new building and it's exact purpose yet (except from it's announcement in the FFF). Hence, i'd be glad there were a desription.

I also noticed that the description for the Cargo Bay is missing some information:
"Increases the hub and landing pad inventory size."

It should probably also say:
"Adds an additional cargo hatch to the hub and landing pad."
