[2.1.14] Tips and Tricks item image doesn't draw properly when opened via rich-text

Load the game with this reproduction mod and enter any world:

The mod adds a new Tips and Tricks item, named test-tip, which uses the image property to show an image instead of a simulation.

Type this line into chat to create a rich-text link to the tip:

Clicking this link opens the tip, but the intended image is missing, and some other part of the sprite atlas seems to be displayed. What is drawn here can vary, and will occasionally cause other in-game graphics to be corrupted.

Switching to another tip and back to "Test Tip", or accessing the Tips and Tricks interface through the side menu button, causes the tip to display as expected:
