[Bilka] [2.1.14] Gleba Description in space map is either wrong or poorly worded

Attached is a screenshot of the text, however the thing I'm referring to is the last line "Highground impedes railway but is needed for agriculture"

This really caught me off guard, as it seems compeltely the opposite to my experience of the planet - the hills usually are the backgone of my gleba rail infrastructure - I would reqord to "Swamplands impede railway but are needed for agriculture" or "Highground impedes agriculture but allows for easy railway access"

The original wording just doesn't seem to be rooted in reality, or at least is difficult to parse to me, even as a native english speaker.
