Radar scanning needs to be faster

The radars are taking so long to scan the map that you are better off just making a car and riding around to search for resources. The scan can be sped up by at least 5x at this point. Maybe we can even have some research to scan for resources through the fog of war with radars like in satisfactory.

If you set up multiple radars together, they won't scan the same chunks as each other; they'll divide the work.
