Make map editor lua code text-box font monospaced

TL;DR
Make the Lua code text box in "Map editor" -> "Areas and positions" -> "Run Lua Snippets" use a monospaced font
What?
Set the aforementioned text box font to IBM Plex Mono which already ships with the game, so it doesn't require adding a new one.
Why?
This will make the code a bit more readable.
