[2.1.13] UndoRedoEquipment references nonexistent PropertyTree

The newly added [UndoRedoEquipment](https://lua-api.factorio.com/latest/con ... pment.html) has property settings of type PropertyTree, which is not declared or referenced anywhere else in the API docs.
