[2.1.13] Placing a parameterised blueprint opens parameter selection menu at cursor position

When placing a paramterised blueprint, the menu opens where the cursor is, instead of at the usual neutral spot. Unsure if this is actually a bug, but I noticed it because it gives me a weird motion sickness.

Always seems to happen.

Thanks for the report. This is intended and requires specific logic on the engine side for it to behave this way. It's intended to reduce the amount of time required to configure the single parameter selection when placing the blueprint.
