Platform A has a old auto request for construction materials. Say platform foundation - it reads 0. Platform A has 500 platform foundation and "provide materials" checked.
Platform B has a request for platform foundation but is told "0 available" and none are sent.
Once platform A has "auto request missing construction materials" turned off platform B is told "500 available" and they duly arrive as expected.
Something seems broken about old auto requests.

Ah this has already been fixed in the next release sorry - I don't think i can remove my post.
