Chat Scrollbar and Copyable

Hello. I am running a multiplayer server.

There are many users chatting and exchanging various messages, and having a scroll bar would be a great help. Alternatively, having a separate chat log would also be very useful.

It would also be a huge help if chat messages could be copied. There are opportunities to communicate with people from various countries, but using translation tools is difficult at the moment.

If chat messages could be copied, it would make it much easier for people from different countries to enjoy the game.

Thanks to Factorio, I’ve made many friends from other countries as well. I really hope you can add this feature!
