Summary:
Transferring items between two space platforms in orbit around the same planet does not work, even when both platforms are stopped, unless the "Interrupt propulsion" checkbox is also enabled on the schedule/logistics condition.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have two space platforms orbiting the same planet.
2. Set both platforms to stay stationary (not moving, no destination set).
3. Configure a transfer of items between the two platforms via the logistics/schedule conditions, without checking "Interrupt propulsion".
4. Observe that the transfer never triggers, even though both platforms are already at a standstill.
5. Now check the "Interrupt propulsion" box (even though propulsion is already off since both platforms are stopped) → the transfer starts working correctly.
Expected result:
Since both platforms are already stopped and not using propulsion, the transfer should occur regardless of whether "Interrupt propulsion" is checked.
Actual result:
The transfer silently fails to start unless "Interrupt propulsion" is explicitly checked, even though it has no visible effect on already-stationary platforms.
Additional notes:
This behavior is very unintuitive: nothing in the UI suggests that this checkbox is required when the platforms are already idle. It took me about 7 in-game days to figure out this was the cause of the transfer not happening. At minimum, it would help to have a tooltip or in-game hint explaining that "Interrupt propulsion" must be checked for a transfer to occur, even between two platforms that are already stopped.
Version: 2.1.12
[2.1.12] Platform transfer blocked without "Interrupt propulsion"
Re: [2.1.12] Platform transfer blocked without "Interrupt propulsion"
Could you please provide a screenshot of what you're describing? I do not know what "interrupt propulsion" is in this context. I suspect there's some miss-translation happening.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

You're right, I'm playing the French version and I meant "Paused thrust".Rseding91 wrote: Tue Jul 28, 2026 8:48 pm Could you please provide a screenshot of what you're describing? I do not know what "interrupt propulsion" is in this context. I suspect there's some miss-translation happening.
I'm still having trouble with platform-to-platform transfers.
- Both platforms are in "Paused" state, with the switch set to "Paused thrust" over Vulcanus
- The damaged platform is requesting construction material (1 asteroid collector)
- The supplying platform has the "Provide materials to other platforms" checkbox ticked
- The supplying platform has 20 asteroid collectors in stock
Re: [2.1.12] Platform transfer blocked without "Interrupt propulsion"
The popup says "Waiting on a higher priority request: Space platform foundation".

Thank you very much.
The platform's storage was full.
That said, the transfer system is still not intuitive. You have to tick 100 boxes and check 200 settings — it feels like using the Microsoft Azure admin console.
