Barrel stats don't show in production window

You can see how many empty barrels per minute you are creating/consuming, but you cannot see how many filled barrels you are creating/consuming per minute or All time.

Thanks for the report however this is working as intended. You do not create or produce filled barrels. They simply transform between full and empty.

This reasoning works nicely for vanilla, where every recipe involving barrels (besides recycling and barrel crafting) neither creates nor consumes liquid or barrels permanently, but there are mods out there that have alternate recipes producing filled barrels without consuming the relevant liquid or consuming barrels without creating the relevant liquid.

As an example, Rabbasca has a machine that can take filled beta carotene barrels (amongst others) as fuel and can produce water barrels using only fuel with one of its recipes. Since the barreling recipes are missing from the production window we cannot easily compare production and consumption rate here.

If you think the production window behaviour should be considered a bug with the mod I can try contacting the mod author to see if they have a convincing reason for using barrels in their recipes. I won't speculate on why this isn't done using fluid input instead.

The behavior is entirely up to the mod(s) to change/set if they want. It's a property of the recipe prototype.
