[2.1.12] Blueprint requests parameter confirmation after removing parameterized buildings

What Happens

I have an outpost print that uses parameters, no problems there. I made a copy of the print and removed all buildings other than rail / power via the components section in the print options menu.

This new print asks for parameter confirmation even though there are no wires or conditions in the print to be set.

Attempting to edit the parameters gets you this screen.

What I Expect To Happen

I expect when all building using parameters are removed from a print, the print would place normally without requiring confirmation. At the very least there should be a way to remove leftover parameters from the print manually after the buildings are gone.

This is weird indeed. You can parameterized train signals, i thought it may have been that, but it doesn't appear to be the case here, and when you do so, you can remove the parameter when editing the blueprint anyway
