I want Read Working for labs to output the activity status of research into the circuit network.

What?

Now that labs got more circuit options, can we also get read working please? This is just to track whether research is going on or control insertion.

Why?

Just bring labs in line with other production facilities. Tracking science packages seems a bit forced.
