Scroll to set amount (request/constant)

Ability to use a key (Shift or Control) + mouse wheel to set the amount in a request, constant/combinator, or other similar functioning inventory, without having to move the mouse to the scroll bar each time, similar to the shortcut Alt + mouse wheel to scroll through qualities.
This would be particularly handy for cases where the player wants to set many requests or different constants in one or many inventories.
