[2.1.12] List of surfaces does not extend into empty space

What did you do?

I created many space platforms.

What happened?

The list of my existing space platforms did not extend fully in mapview and subsequently received a scrollbar.

What I expected

I expected the list to extend fully into empty space before it received a scrollbar.
I.e. I did not expect I needed to scroll to build a new platform, when there is so much empty space still.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

I can reproduce it.

I am again sorry if this is intended. I do not see why.

There is a button for adding a new platform which doesn't fit

Thanks for the report,

The Surface list is purposely limited to 60% of the screen height, so that it doesn't occlude other GUIs or chat, etc.
