2.1.10 Space platform requests not respecting minimum payload

Observed:

Space Platform Hub is set to request 100 Iron Plate from any location (any planet and any platform) with a custom minimum payload of 1000.
The platform is only getting deliveries to bring it up to 100 Iron plate, ignoring the minimum delivery amount.

Expected Behavior:

When the platform has less than 100 Iron Plate, it should request a full rocket of 1000 Iron Plate.

Thanks for the report, this is not a bug. Custom minimum payload is not respected for platform-to-platform deliveries because they are free. The tooltip also mentions it is used for rockets.

Can you move this to feature requests then?

Because I don't see why it shouldn't work like this when they're turned on. Saves having to do a bunch of wiring for this behaviour.

I strongly disagree with this assessment. They are absolutely not "free" in a more general sense.
They occupy rocket bays.
This makes a big difference if rockets are sent for every 4 times, instead of every 100.
Multiply that by multiple different items being requested.
The absolute minium you should do is grey out or disable the "minimum payload" area for platform-to-platform requests.
But I think this would be a grave mistake.
