Add Interface option for "extended Quality information"

Or, perhaps just call it "Extended information" and add all the tooltips like this that are missing? I actually would prefer to see the quality chances shown as they were in the FFFs pertaining to Quality, several times before Space Age.

To show the information this way is redundant. The colors are nice.
But also people infamously do not understand percentages when expressed similar to "+200%" as shown in the example. (not sure I do in this example)
I feel the current way of displaying it is both more concise and clear.
