ProMotion on Apple MacBook Pro (m-series)

ProMotion on Apple MacBook Pro (m-series)

I am running Factorio on a M4 MacBook Pro using the built in display. I just noticed that if I change the display setting from "ProMotion" to "60 Hertz" the game renders much more smooth without any micro-stutters that I noticed using the default ProMotion setting. Just a tip for others playing on the same machine as me.

The setting is available in the System Settings app -> Displays -> Refresh Rate. Change from "ProMotion" to "60 Hertz" while playing the game.

(I am using on macOS 26.5.2)
