[2.1.9] Forward button sometimes mistakenly closes technology screen

To reproduce: open technology screen, select any research that unlocks a building/item, alt-click on the building/item to open Factoriopedia, press back button on mouse, press forward button on mouse.

Expected result: the forward button should keep the technology screen open and re-open Factoriopedia.

Actual result: it re-opens Factoriopedia but closes the technology screen.

Edit: this is probably related to 134248, but I'm unsure if it's a duplicate, since this happens with the forward button instead of the back button, and involves temporarily closing Factoriopedia.
