[2.1.9] Train goes automatic when fulfilling ghost cargo wagon.

A train with a schedule switches from manual to automatic when a ghost cargo wagon is fulfilled that's connected to the train.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a train schedule (It must have a schedule, the schedule can't be empty).
2. Have a roboport or personal roboport with a construction robot within range.
3. Assign train to schedule.
4. Set train to manual.
5. Place a ghost cargo wagon that connects to the train.
6. Upon fulfillment of that construction order the train switches from manual to automatic.

Notes:
This behavior doesn't occur when placing the wagon manually.
Can reproduce in provided save.
