Cannot transfer cargo at solar system edge

I cant send cargo between two ships when im in Solar System edge orbit. ( Not moving )

My idea was to have one cargoship traveling between Nauvis and Solar system, dropping eggs/chips and recieving Prom pots, and one Prom Ship recieving eggs and deliver pots. So my Prom Ship dont have to travel the 100k from Solar system to Aquilo.
