Upper and lower limit in constant combinator

Hi,

with the introduction of circuit controlled space station requests, I would find it very useful, if also could set the upper limit via circuits.
For this, the simplest first step would be to allow to set an upper limit via a constant combinator if it is build on a space platform.

For this to work, we also would need to have the ability to set the upper limit via circuits to 0, which could break a lot of things.

Edit:
I just realized that is is kinda already possible when connecting a constant combinator to a cargo landing pad on a planets surface. This would still be great if it also worked on a platform

It seems like this behaviour is enabled, if the request group used in the combinator is also used in a platform
