Transcribing an audio file into text: has anyone tried this for Factorio yet?

Hello. I find myself in a somewhat unusual situation. I play fairly long sessions of Factorio (4 to 5 hours straight), and while I’m playing, I’m in the habit of talking to myself out loud jotting down ideas about my factory, ratio issues, and things to fix in my logistics system... I have about twenty audio recordings sitting on my hard drive, and I need to transcribe these audio files into text so I can use them as a basis for actionable notes. Does anyone else in the community do this? And if so, what tool do you use for transcription? I’ve tested OpenAI’s Whisper locally, but the quality varies quite a bit depending on the background noise during the session. I’m looking for something accurate, especially for the technical terms related to mods that I often mention.
