[Genhis][2.1.9] Buffer space platform generates "out of storage" alerts during transfer to another platform

This might be a variation of viewtopic.php?p=696061 but it presents differently.... so with that in mind...

Setup: a platform that moves carrying items, and a platform that doesn't move acting as an orbital buffer. The buffer platform carries many different types of items, but such that the inventory can't be overfilled from the requests.

Have the moving platform request enough items that the buffer platform's requests + items being moved between platforms *does* overfill the buffer platform's inventory.

Expected behaviour: no alerts would be produced by this setup

Actual behaviour: every time a platform transfer happens the "out of hub storage" alert goes off briefly.

This only happens when silos are set to automatic requests. Loading silos by inserters does not cause this behaviour.

Thanks for the report. This was fixed for 2.1.18 with other changes related to platform requests. I only processed your report now, so there is no changelog entry.
