Horizontal/Vertical flip tooltips not updated in 2.1

After the new update, you can flip the burner miner, among many other tips, by flipping them horizontally and vertically.
I like to have tooltips open, I might not look at them very often but they're quite helpful when I want to remember a shortcut I forgot or learn about a feature I didn't know about. And these tooltips have not been updated, i.e. when holding a burner miner, the tooltip doesn't tell me that I can flip it horizontally or vertically, like it does when placing a blueprint. This probably less of a bug and more of an oversight, but I thought this is a better place to post it than in feature requests.

It looks like the tooltip does not interact with the ghost cursor at all. Because it does show them when holding a real mining drill.
