Extend Circuit Wire Color Selection to Constant Combinators

Make each group on constant combinators have red/green output checkboxes. This would allow them to output different things on each color, while also allowing some groups to affect both. This is functionally the same as 2 constant combinators, but this is QOL, so why not make things even easier .
This would add UI clutter for something very few people might use, so maybe it's not worth it.
