[2.1.9] Requester ship arrives and gets stuck while Vulcanus silos and supply platform are idle

I have a ship requesting items from Vulcanus to Nauvis, it flies to Vulcanus when triggered by an interrupt if any of the requests hit zero while it's orbiting Nauvis.

- Requester ship requests Calcite, Tungsten plate etc. from Planet & Platform
- Orbiting platform "Vulcanus Supply Station" requests Calcite and Tungsten from Planet only. It is stationary and doesn't move anywhere.

I have seen it work previously, the orbiting platform transfers the items to the requester ship, but sometimes it gets stuck as shown in the screenshot.

The only way to temporarily fix it is to pause Nauvis Requester and then back to Automatic, and then all the requests get fulfilled.

I have a save file of Nauvis Requester that is about to run out of calcite and will fly off, if anyone wants to inspect it.

I assume this is a bug, if there's nothing wrong with the way I've set up requests?
