[2.1.9] Stamping a blueprint over an existing belt sometimes causes some items on a belt to swap lanes

I attached a video of the bug. Pay attention to the lane with copper plates and iron gear wheels. Placing the blueprint causes them to instantly swap places on the belt. This is happening all over my base
