[2.1.9] Freeze when confirming mod selection while debugger is attached

[2.1.9] Freeze when confirming mod selection while debugger is attached

Game freezes when launched from debugger, mod menu is selected, mods are selected, and confirmed. I had just reopened the instance after updating from 2.1.8 to 2.1.9.
  1. Open factorio using the FMTK VSCode extension
  2. Open the mods menu
  3. Search for Downgrade Port mod, select
  4. Search for Meltdown Facility mod, select
  5. Press E to confirm
  6. Game freezes
I haven't been able to replicate the issue, I'll post back here if it happens again.

it looks like it requested the restart for the mod changes, but some curl task was not yet completed, and failed to cancel
