[2.1.9] Factoripedia "Show Unresearched" toggle does not work while paused

What did you do?

1. Open factoripedia by alt-clicking on something
2. Press the Pause/Break key on the keyboard to pause the game while browsing factoripedia
3. Toggle the "Show Unresearched" button

What happened?

The unresearched tech did not toggle as expected. After unpausing, it toggled correctly.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

I expected it to be able to toggle the unresearched technologies in factoripedia while the game is paused in the background.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

It happens always.

I have attached a video showing the issue.

Other info: version 2.1.9 (build 86829 expansion, win64). Installed via Steam, experimental build. Windows 11.

This is a consequence of saving the state in the save file. The proper fix for this issue would be to make the GUI not interactable at all when the game is paused, like most other GUIs. But that may be error prone (and likely not what you want) so for now I will consider this bug a minor issue.
