[2.1.9] Visual Glitch after switching window

[2.1.9] Visual Glitch after switching window

Had weird smearing and visual artifacts appear on my screen after I alt+tab to a different window and back. I am pretty sure this never happened before in 2.0. I added a recording, it affected all surfaces I only recorded vulcanus and nauvis. Restarting fixed the problem and I can not replicate it.
