[2.1.9] Edit: was my own fault (inserter stuck at waiting for items while belt is full)

I just noticed that one of my inserters was stuck on 'waiting for source items' on a full belt. Probably because right opposite was another inserter trying to drop an item on that same belt and that one was stuck on target full. I think maybe they were waiting for each other. I could solve the problem by placing another inserter right next to it.

EDIT: I just found the issue: all items on the belt had more than normal quality!

Thanks for the report. Do you know of any way to get the inserter into this stuck state from a working state?

sorry, see my edit in the post, I just noticed the quality of the red circuits. So it isn't a bug

only whats weird is that the dots are not visible on the items on the belt. Isnt it normally the case that you'd see those dots?
