[2.1.7] Items that are ghosted in a silo bp are not spawn in editor.

Bugs which we just recently fixed in our development version and will reach you in the next release.

[2.1.7] Items that are ghosted in a silo bp are not spawn in editor.

So when you have a blueprint of a silo that has ghosted items in it, the items don't get placed when you are in editor and turn the setting that makes you build the stuff from blueprints.
In version 2.0 the items were getting placed so its a bug to this version.
