[2.1.9] Ghost fast-replacing entities un-mirrors them (inconsistent with normal fast-replacing)

Dragging uncommon chemical plants over the top row normally and the bottom row while holding shift results in the top row maintaining their alternating orientation while the bottom row are reset:

Also note that unlike with inserters (relevant) there's no way to mirror a chemical plant ghost in your cursor, or any indication on the build cursor of which side is which before you stamp it down. In 2.0 it always preserved mirroring so this is a strict UX downgrade.
