[2.1.9] Multiplayer search filter considers recycler a mod

Multiplayer search filter "Has mods" considers Recycler to be a mod.

I thought there was a thread about this multiplayer search filter when space age released but this is all I could find. viewtopic.php?t=130663

That was a server side issue where get-games endpoint was providing wrong flag if game was modded or not. I was told that this was fixed today (no game update needed since it was our matching server at fault)
