[2.1.9] Inserter capacity bonus not reflecting researched tech

After fully researching "Stack inserter capacity" (level 7), the tech tooltip says it adds +2 (from +11 to +13) for stack inserters. However, the game overview still shows stack inserter capacity as +11 only, and regular inserter as +2.

Expected stack inserter to show +13 after research. Actual remains +11. This is on vanilla 2.1.9, no mods.

The bonus is correct, 6+11=17. For the values when hovering the already obtained tech see 116018.
