Change item availability display

On the space platform, there's an inconsistency in the way item availability is displayed.

For example, in the attached picture, I request 6,000 Electromagnetic Science Packs, and the availability is shown in this order:

> Satisfaction: 6022/6000
> On the way: 0
> Available on planet: 9691
> Available in rocket silos: 6000

However, science packs stored in rocket silos are prioritized over those in the planet's logistic network. Because of that, the display would be more logical if it were ordered like this:

> Satisfaction: 6022/6000
> On the way: 0
> Available in rocket silos: 6000
> Available on planet: 9691

This would keep the information consistent from top to bottom, with the available sources listed in the same priority order used by the game.
