[2.1.8] Fulgora out of map graphical inconsistency

The changelog says that there were some out of map adjustments but Fulgora looks off.

It seems to happen when Oil ocean and Oil ocean 2 merge at the edge of the world.

Same happens with Deep oil ocean and Deep oil ocean 2
