[2.1.8] Circuit connection no longer showing connected network information

Trying out experimental and noticed the connected network information is no longer visible for circuit connections on entities like assemblers and inserters. You used to be able to hover over the connected network to see details but this is just gone.

This seems too big a change to be a bug but if intended it feels like a significant QOL reduction to me.

This change was intentional and as such it is Not a bug.

You can still hover cursor over R or G checkbox and the tooltip will show circuit network id and signals on the circuit network.
