Platform gets much more items from a planet than requested

Hi,

since the update, it happens quite often that much more items are delivered to a platform than requested. Especially when there is less items available on a planet than requested. I had every item ~1000 in stock on the planet.

Iron plates
Requested: 2000, delivered: 2990

Steel
Requested: 2000, delivered: 2004

Electronic circuits:
Requested: 2000, delivered: 2000

That is intended to fill the rocket, you can drop it back down.

Rockets fly up completely filled by default. If you set the upper limit to be equal to the lower limit in the request, then any excess items will be dropped back down to the planet before you depart to your next destination.

Ah ok thank you! never used that before, so I was a bit confused, that my ships fill up so fast and don't have enough cargo slots any more.
