Priority for space platform requests

I started a playthrough in 2.0 and got to a point where I had my Gleba platform doing its rounds, picking up science and bioflux from Gleba, and biter eggs from Nauvis. Then I started working on my Aquilo platform. Due to the spoilage mechanics, it is important that the Gleba platform eventually gets the eggs, and in 2.0 it seemed that there is an implicit priority that allowed the egg requests to be fulfilled first even when there were hundreds of construction material requests coming from the Aquilo platform. But when loading the same save in 2.1, now the silos only keep getting the material requests and the eggs never get sent, causing the Gleba platform to get stuck.

I think there should be no way for one platform to preempt another platform's requests with the player not being able to do anything about it (other than manually repeatedly turning the requests from that platform on and off). All of the following would help in my situation:
* Giving logistic requests priority over construction material requests
* Allowing a per-platform priority setting that forces the requests from a platform with a higher priority to be fulfilled first
* Distributing requests in round-robin between the platforms
