Why is there no Quick Bar Import/Export option?

Hey. Have you ever wondered why the Quick Access Bar was never added? There's even a mod for it https://mods.factorio.com/mod/QuickbarTemplates

I think this should have been in the vanilla version a long time ago, because clicking all this in each new game and figuring out where to put what is very frustrating. Are you, dear creators, able to answer why it doesn't exist yet?

I cannot answer this, all I can say is that I never use the darn thing.
I open the inventory or use Q extensively. And I see other people do the same. Works for me, but being able to set it up once, similar to blueprints and then copying it over between saves might incentivise me enough to start using the quick bar.
