[cs][2.1.8] Bad minimap tooltip formatting

What did you do?:
Hovered over the minimap
What happened:
The tooltip shows raw formatting tags.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
Correct text without tags
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes
Happens with the Czech language (tested also in English, where the formatting works correctly)
