It processes exactly 240/s scrap. All outputs, including fluids, can back up and it won't jam. It self-balances, meaning that it converts unused LDS into copper and plastic (for example). Made with mixed quality, but uses a lot of legendary.
It is designed for making emag science and rocket parts. It outputs green circuits, copper and iron plate, solid fuel, batteries, red and blue circuits (although you don't need the red), LDS, stone, plastic, holmium solution, and water.

Certainly if you made 1 unified design to process 5 belts instead of 5 things that each do 1, you could be more efficient. I didn't know how many I would need, so I made a design for 1 belt at a time. Still, I think this is a useful design since it has a lot of desirable properties. It is also slightly wasteful because it does not stack plates from iron gear wheels or from copper wire, so some unstacked plates are lost to recycling. Not enough to matter, IMO.
